Stage Fright.

Every time you look at me, I reflexively reach for my mask. It's terrifying to stand in such an honest, gentle gaze. A spotlight leaving me naked and exposed. My first impulse is simply to run away. But I lean in to the discomfort. Savoring the vulnerability and allowing myself to be seen. I've been on stage in one way or another my entire life. I think it's time to close the show.
